I have an HC250 which was working fine, went to storage for a couple of months and now it seems to be "broken".. when it boots it gets an IP and on the TV it says Connecting to director... and it just sits there. I can ping it, i can ssh into it, i can see it from composer pro but when i connect to it from CPro and try to add it from the "Discovered" tab it dissapears, further more when I try to add a room to the project while connected to this controller the room does not show on the design tree. I have tried to restore to factory but the same still happens. I have tried to do a "usb install" as i understand that "usb restore" is not an option for the HC250 but nothing happens when I boot with the install usb in... the controller has version 2.5.3 installed.
I am using the same composer version as the controller version (2.5.3) - Regarding upgrading, again I thought perhapps an upgrade would help sort the issue, however, with composer connected to the controller, when I go to tools I dont see the update manager as an option which is why I tried to go the USB route.
